Karen Wehrli is an outstanding realtor who helped guide my brother and I in the sale of his house. She gave us helpful suggestions that increased the value of the house (i.e., painting and stripping the hardwood floors) and the contractors she recommended were reasonably priced, detailed oriented, and performed the work in a quick and efficient manner. Karen even arranged to have a cleaning service come in to do a move-out cleaning when I couldn't get any other cleaning services to call me back. Karen is wonderful to work with. She met with my brother in the independent living facility where he now resides and explained the paperwork in detail. She is warm, friendly, has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with. Karen's coordination of the cleaning of our home, the staging, the pre-marketing, and the scheduling and running of our open houses could not have been smoother. When we decided on the offer Karen handled all negotiation and closing procedures and updated us at least daily. Communication with both us and interested buyers is Karen's biggest strength and by far the most important. We were so happy with the overall process and result in selling our home in Batavia.
